Preventive Maintenance (PM)

The Lakeside Trucks Preventive Maintenance program is the most comprehensive of its kind – so you can rest easy, knowing the investment you’re making in time and money will pay dividends in the long run.
"A" SERVICE (84-POINT INSPECTION)
This service includes an oil change, chassis lubrication and review of operational items, such as fluids, wipers, air conditioning, brakes and instrument panel. The Lakeside Trucks A Service also includes a complete cab interior inspection and a total inspection outside of the vehicle to check the condition of everything from mirrors and mudflaps to the exhaust and tires. We’ll also do a thorough under-vehicle inspection to check transmission levels, springs and other vital systems.

"B" SERVICE (114-POINT INSPECTION)
This service includes all of the above procedures and satisfies all of the Department of Transportation annual inspection requirements. As with all of the International Preventive Maintenance inspections, only premium fluids and the best parts are used, and factory-trained and certified technicians perform all maintenance.

DPF Cleaning
The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is standard equipment on all 2007 and later engines must be cleaned at proper intervals of 250,000 miles (400,000 km or 6,000 hours) or less depending on duty cycle and manufacturers’ recommendations.[[dealerName]] technicians will thoroughly clean your DPF to restore the engine to full power and efficiency. Your DPF cleaning service can be provided conveniently while your vehicle is in for service.
Commercial Truck Alignment

With measurement possibilities down to 1/32”, our experienced technicians will give you before and after print-outs showing you how your vehicle came in, what we did to correct the alignment, and specifications after.
