Factory Backed Warranty

Eligibility

Trucks Model Year 2018-2024 International®, HV™, HX®, LT®, RH™, LoneStar®, ProStar®, WorkStar®, MV™, CV™, DuraStar® and models with applicable engines.
Eligible engines within these models include Navistar® N13 engines, International® A26, N9, and N10 engines, Cummins® ISX, Cummins® X15, and Cummins® ISB / B6.7 and ISL / L9 engines.

Heavy Duty vehicles with 600,000 starting miles or more are NOT eligible.
Medium Duty vehicles with 350,000 starting miles or more are NOT eligible.
All policies expire at month's end per term purchased or overall mileage limits set forth below:
- Heavy Duty policies expire at 750,000 miles.
- Medium Duty policies expire at 450,000 miles.

Health Report – A clean Health Report with no critical fault codes is required and must be visible in Navistar's Service Portal or Bluelinx (other forms of scans not accepted) and must be dated within thirty (30) days of registration date.
B-Level Service – Must provide repair order documentation of B-Level Service being completed within thirty (30) days of registration date. PM checklist or A-Service do not satisfy this requirement.
Inspection Report – Must provide a copy of the inspection form / report to be eligible for any package. PDF of this form can be found below for download and use.

With every Preventive Maintenance Service, you will receive an oil and filter change, fuel filter change, fuel water separator filter change and a 43-point inspection.

Wear items are not covered under any policy option within this program.
Failure due to corrosion is not covered under the terms and conditions of this program.
